Independent carer’s ongoing charges
Guide rates for visiting and overnight support.
Visiting/hourly independent carer support may start from £18 per hour.
Sleeping-night support may start from around £120 per night. A sleeping night means the carer can sleep but is available to assist when needed.
Waking-night support may start from around £150 per night. A waking night means the carer remains awake during the night to provide support.
These are guide rates, not guaranteed fixed prices. The exact ongoing carer rate depends on the support required, location, hours and individual carer and is agreed directly between the family and the independent carer. These ongoing carer rates are separate from Eden’s one-off introduction fee.

Eden charges a separate one-off introduction fee that you will need to pay if you choose to proceed with our introduction service. We confirm the amount before you agree to proceed. This fee is separate from the independent carer’s ongoing charges.

Yes. Eden Homecare 247 introduces families to self-employed live-in carers across the UK, subject to suitable carer availability. Tell us the location, daily routines, support needed and preferred start date. Your family meets and chooses the carer, then agrees the ongoing arrangement and rate directly with them. Eden charges a separate one-off introduction fee, confirmed before you agree to proceed, with no weekly Eden agency fee.
Can I enquire about overnight support or visiting companionship?
Yes. Tell Eden whether you need daytime visits, companionship or overnight support, and the days or nights involved. We look for an independent carer with suitable experience and availability. The family and carer agree the tasks, hours and ongoing rate directly before starting.
How does Eden’s independent carer matching work?
Start with a call or callback request. Eden discusses your family’s needs, reviews relevant carer experience, checks and availability, and makes an introduction where a suitable match is found. Your family decides whether to proceed. Eden is based in Bromley and offers UK-wide introductory matching; it does not manage, supervise or direct the carer’s ongoing work.
Can you introduce carers for dementia or cancer support?
Yes. Eden can look for independent carers with relevant experience in supporting people living with dementia or cancer, subject to availability. They can offer companionship, reassurance and agreed everyday support. The family and their chosen self-employed independent carer agree the working arrangement directly.
Does Eden provide care directly?
No. Eden Homecare 247 Ltd operates this family service as an introductory agency. Your family chooses the self-employed carer and agrees the working arrangement directly with them.
How much is the introduction fee?
Eden charges a separate one-off introduction fee. We confirm the amount before you agree to proceed. Eden charges no weekly agency fee. Ongoing carer fees are agreed and paid directly between the family and the independent carer.
